iPhone 5 Naysayers Perfectly Described In This Witty Comic

Awais Imran·September 17, 2012
As many technology enthusiasts and bloggers will tell you, the iPhone 5 might be a bit of a disappointment. Apple may be calling it the “biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone”, but I still believe that that description is for the iPhone 4 which introduced a sensational new design, considerably faster internals and, of course, the industry leading Retina display - significant improvements over the 3GS. Compared to that, the iPhone 5’s main new features include a tweaked, taller design and display, faster internals and support for 4G LTE - a wireless technology that is available only in very selected regions around the globe.

AT&T: The iPhone 5 Is The Fastest Selling iPhone On The Network To Date

Paul Morris·September 17, 2012
If you are still deciding whether or not Apple's latest iPhone release is the right device for you, then maybe you should consider listening to external opinions on that matter. It's understandable that a lot of consumers prefer to play the waiting game before purchasing a new device, opting to give it a few weeks after launch and see what owners have to say about the hardware after gaining some hands-on experience. If you are easily swayed by marketing releases, then AT&T's iPhone 5 related announcement could be the catalyst that sets you heading towards that pre-order button.

A6 Processor In iPhone 5 Features Apple Designed Custom Cores

Paul Morris·September 16, 2012
When Apple announced the iPhone 5 at their recent media event, they lifted the lid on what was possibly the worst kept secret in the smartphone world. The numerous leaks that had emerged in the months leading up to the announcement had pretty much enlightened us on what to expect, and when Apple officially introduced the device, there weren’t any great surprises. With that said, one aspect of the device that hadn't had much pre-announcement coverage was the processor within the device, which turned out to be the new Apple A6 CPU.

Paul Morris·September 16, 2012
You've already taken the time to wake yourself up at the crack of dawn to pre-order the shiny new iPhone 5, which in itself shows that you happen to enjoy the finer things in life when it comes to consumer technology. Sure, the smartphone market plays home to a large number of fantastic and highly capable devices, but the iPhone is the only one that seems to be surrounded by that sense of wonder and extreme levels of consumer interest.

Samsung Takes A Swipe At iPhone 5 With Their New Print Ad For Galaxy S III

Paul Morris·September 16, 2012
We should all know by now that Apple has officially announced the details about their new iPhone and with pre-order stocks of the sixth-generation device being depleted, it looks as if they have once again managed to capture the attention of consumers. The device is set to hit retail shelves on Friday September 21st, but it looks as though not everyone is waxing lyrical about Apple's latest creation. We didn't expect Samsung to be shouting from the rooftops in favor of the Apple hardware, but in a move that tastes like sour grapes, they have actually gone and produced an advert that openly attacks the new iPhone 5.

Now that the official information about the iPhone 5 is out in the wild, designers and producers of accessories and after-market products can begin readying themselves in time for the initial launch. The more enterprising producers would have taken a chance with things like manufacturing cases, relying heavily on the leaked specifications that emerged before the Apple event. However, developers of more advanced accessories and expensive products require all of the inside scoop on the device, and thankfully, Apple has taken it upon themselves to provide it.

Apple: We’re Blown Away By iPhone 5 Pre-Orders

Paul Morris·September 15, 2012
The initial announcement and showing off of the iPhone 5 seemed to bring that old familiar deja vu feeling, with many outlets and analysts saying that Apple hasn’t done enough this time around to win the hearts of consumers, and their latest smartphone release won't capture the imagination of potential customers. Anyone who made an attempt to pre-order the new iPhone 5 this morning will more than likely tell you that this just simply isn't true, with the same difficulties being faced due to high demand and Apple's online store getting hammered from all angles.

Ben Reid·September 15, 2012
As you may have heard, the new iPhone 5 is just about to begin retailing, and while the official carrier partners are grappling for the attention of Apple fans worldwide, T-Mobile USA - a company which doesn't even carry the iPhone yet - is working doubly hard for a slice of Apple pie.
