No matter which of those two configurations you go for, you’ll get the same 1.6GHz processor and 8GB of RAM, so the only difference is the inclusion of an extra 128GB of storage in the most costly version. I’d have to go for the Space Gray color if I had the choice, but if you fancy yourself the extra 128GB of storage, you’ll have to go for Silver.
If you’re placing an order for the MacBook Pro, make sure that you’ve got the correct one. The most costly one comes with a more beefy processor as well as a huge SSD which might be a big deal to some people.
