Apple's Mac Pro was first announced all the way back at this year's WWDC, and although it was looking, for a while, as though the older model would never be afforded an upgrade, the Cupertino company instead came through with a complete redesign. The trash can design has proven rather polarizing - particularly among Mac Pro veterans - but for those interested in making the purchase, it will be available from tomorrow, Thursday 19th December, from $2,999.
We've yet to come across anyone that doesn't like Iron Man, but equally we've yet to come across anyone who likes Iron Man enough to splash out on a suit that makes them look like the real thing. As awesome as it sounds, it's just not something that you do.

Samsung's Galaxy S series remains, in spite of the successes of the Galaxy Note in recent years, the company's flagship range, and although the likes of the HTC One have shown a great deal of promise this year, it is still comfortably the boss of the high-end Android market. Now, we're hearing reports of what some are already touting to be the Galaxy S5 specs, and it's fair to say, if the revelations carry any weight, that the next big thing out of South Korea will be the beastliest yet.
With Microsoft desperately trying to market the Xbox One as less than a game console and more of an entertainment hub, getting content providers to jump on board will be equally as important as getting top gaming titles onto the machine and now one of the biggest players in the game is all set to stream TV content.
Sky has been flogging its NOW TV set-top services in the United Kingdom for a while now, and with Apple TV being the subject of frequent updates just lately, it should be no surprise to see the Sky Sports channels hit Apple's very own set-top box. NOW TV, for the unfamiliar, is owned by Sky's parent company, and has provided some of the familiar Sky channels to the NOW TV set-top in different packages. Rather than pay the monthly subscription, NOW TV lets you pay as you watch, and the same model is now available for Sky Sports on Apple TV.
Google's Glass project has been in development for a while now, but since it is based on Android and indeed, created by the Google, it has been a lot better integrated with the Big G's own mobile ecosystem. Now, though, the MyGlass companion app has finally hit the iOS App Store, meaning Glass owners rocking an iPhone can now set up and tweak their face computer using their device. Details, as well as that all-conquering download link, can be found after the break.
Instagram's Windows Phone 8 app was very late to the party and it may only be in beta form right now, but that isn't stopping it from topping the download charts in the platform's Windows Phone Store. In fact, Instagram is the only app that seems capable of knocking Facebook off that top spot, with the social network now sat at number two in the charts that it once dominated. If there was ever any doubt that launching Instagram on Windows Phone, even though it's still technically a beta version and not quite finished, its overwhelming popularity should prove that the folks at Facebook got that decision right.
Apple has signaled the approaching end of the year by publishing its "Best of 2013" page on the iTunes Store. The dedicated page on iTunes concentrates on digital products which the company offers for users to purchase and download, including iOS apps, music, podcasts, books and movies. As well as listing the most successful consumer downloads of the year, Apple also outlined their own choices in each category by having an Editors’ Pick for things like app and album of the year.
Apple has today released a new iPhone 5s commercial that is guaranteed to pull the heart’s strings. The perfectly timed video ad follows the company's annual trend of releasing a product commercial at this time of year, this time featuring the flagship iPhone 5s smartphone capturing high-definition video of the family Christmas festivities. The iPhone is then used in conjunction with an Apple TV and Apple's AirPlay protocol to allow the 'Harris' family to watch the video together on a big screen TV.
