Apple has just released beta 5 of iOS 9.3.3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices, OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 for Macs, and tvOS 9.2.2 for Apple TV, to both developers registered on Apple Developer Program and testers registered on Apple Public Beta Program.
