How To Sign Up For Amazon Prime For Free In Time For Prime Day 2023

It’s that time of year when Amazon Prime not only gets you a discount on shipping but also opens up a world of discounts thanks to Prime Day 2023. And now you can get your hands on a subscription for free.

Amazon runs its Prime Day deals every year and this year is no different. You do have to be a subscriber to Amazon Prime to get in on the act, but that doesn’t mean that you have to pay for it. Right now you can get your hands on a free subscription just in time to use it for all those lovely discounts.

All of this is made possible by the free 30-day trial that Amazon makes available to those who aren’t already subscribers. You’ll get access to Prime Video and Prime Music as well, making it an even better deal. Here’s how to get the ball rolling:

Step 1: Head on over to the Amazon website and click the Try Prime button.

Step 2: Select which plan you’d like to sign up for. It’s worth noting that if you sign up for Prime Video on its own, you won’t get access to Prime Day so keep that in mind.

Step 3: You’ll need to sign into Amazon to move forward or, if you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one — don’t worry, it’s free.

Step 4: You’ll have to go through the usual one-time password security checks, which include sending a code to your email address. Copy that code into the web page and click Verify to move on.

Step 5: Enter your credit card information to complete the process.

Remember that you’ll need to cancel your Amazon Prime subscription before the trial is over if you don’t want to pay moving forward.
