Sony’s DualShock 4 controller is perhaps the best around. We’re sure fans of the Xbox One controller would argue otherwise, but we’re pretty sure they’re wrong. Either way, you can pick up a DualShock 4 at a great price right now and it’ll even work with your iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV.
With the release of iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and tvOS 13 later this year Apple will be adding support for Sony’s controller. That means that whether you own a PS4 or not, this is a pretty great deal to take advantage of. If you do, well, it’s even better!
While all ostensibly the same controller, Amazon is offering a number of different colors to choose from here. We are particularly fond of Midnight Blue, but if you want something a little different there’s Gold, Crystal, and more to choose from.
As we say, they’re all the same controller underneath. That means you’ll enjoy the feel of what is the best controller shape in the industry as well as triggers that will make you a better gamer – probably. And of course everything works wirelessly with a microUSB cable handling the charging.
In case it isn’t clear yet we love the DualShock 4 controller. With Apple adding support for it later this year now is definitely a good time to pick one up. Even if you already have one or two for your PS4, who wants to have to keep syncing their controllers? Get a spare for your iPad or Apple TV and live a life of luxury.
