Download macOS 12 Monterey Beta 1 For Your Mac Right Now

You can now download macOS 12 Monterey Beta 1 for your compatible Mac right now. Here are all of the relevant details that you need to know.

It’s pretty much a given that each WWDC event is going to result in Apple making an announcement pertaining to iOS and macOS.

For obvious reasons, there is a globally huge interest in iOS and iPadOS, which is understandable, but there is also a growing focus being placed on Apple’s Mac platform and, by proxy, the underlying macOS software that powers modern Macs.

Apple’s Mac platform is going from strength to strength, which is only a good thing for macOS as it means that Apple will continue to pump additional resources into strengthening the platform. With macOS 12, you get the impression that the company has really tried to raise the bar.

For those who aren’t registered as a developer on Apple’s Developer Program, but who still wish to get an early introduction to macOS 12, the first public beta of the platform should be released by the Cupertino-based company by the end of this month.

That release will immediately mean that Apple has additional testers dotted all over the world putting macOS 12 through its paces. Hopefully, that will result in more bugs being raised and provided back to Apple.

To download macOS 12 beta 1, head over to developer.apple.com and initiate the Mac App Store install of it from there.

With the first beta now in the wild, the process has been started, so it’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as we hurtle toward a macOS 12 release.
