Apple’s free App of the Week can bring some truly excellent games, apps and utilities to the fore that may otherwise have gone unnoticed by the great unwashed masses. We’ve been turned on to some real gems in the past, and this week’s offering may be set to join that list. Free for this week only, and normally costing $0.99, is puzzle game rop, for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
If mind-bending puzzle games are your idea of fun, then rop is likely to float your boat just so, and while it wasn’t exactly expensive to start with at just a dollar, you can never beat an app that’s free for a limited time. With rop being this week’s free App of the Week, there has never been a better time to get your downloading cap on and pick the game up from the App Store.
When you do download it, you will get around 200 different levels for your trouble, all ready to bend your mind, apparently.

We’re not sure our feeble minds are capable of taking rop on, but if you fancy a challenge and have some time on your hands, then we reckon you could do much worse than use it to download and try the game. Someone inside Apple clearly likes it, and that’s got to be a reasonable recommendation in our eyes.
