We have already seen how easy it is for a two-year old kid to use an Apple iPad. We have also seen cats playing with the iPad. But this dog named Pixel has topped them all. He has not only shown how easy it is by playing Air Hockey on the iPad, but has also managed to win the match in the end. Video after the break.
Those of you who have been using Apple MobileMe services might have noticed a slight change in “Account Type” status for the last week or so. It now reads “Full Member” instead of “Free Member” or “Individual” which hints at a possibility that Apple might be making this service free after all.
WWDC 2010 is only 5 days away now and the rumors about the next iPhone just don’t stop. In fact these rumors wont go until Steve Jobs finally raises the curtain on the next iPhone by officially giving it a name on next Tuesday.
The following series of mockups have been rendered by a French site named Nowhere which shows how the new iPhone OS 4 is going to look like, running on the next iPhone. These mockups are based on the now confirmed “real” lost/stolen iPhone prototype which was lost in a bar in April this year.
We are not sure if this is a bug or a feature but if you try to push the power/sleep button for three times in a row on the lockscreen, the iPhone goes right into flashlight mode showing bright white screen. I have also tested this and it appears to be working on iPhone OS 4 Beta 4.
It’s been quite a while since we last saw Steve Jobs’ getting interviewed around. Looks like our prayers will be answered today at the D: All Things Digital Conference (aka D8 Conference) where Steve Jobs will be there to share his thoughts and views on all things related to Apple Inc. Interestingly, this interview comes at a time when Apple has crossed archrival Microsoft as the biggest technology company in the United States.
Remember what Steve Jobs said about how “Magical” the iPad was? Well a young Japanese magician Shinya has performed a series of tricks right outside an Apple Store to prove just that.
After successfully selling one million iPads in the first month of its launch, Apple today in a press release has announced that they have now sold two million iPads in the first two months, making it an average selling of one million iPads every month. This is what Steve Jobs had to say on this occasion.
Its finally here ! The newly released Skype 2.0 for iPhone enables the much awaited VoIP calls over 3G network. This feature though will only be free to use until August 2010, after which a small fee (via in-app purchase perhaps?) will apply. Carrier charges of course will cost extra. The official change log of Skype 2.0 is as follows.
While replying to a tweet, MuscleNerd of iPhone Dev Team has confirmed that an unlock for iPhone 3G/3GS on 05.12.01 baseband will be released once Apple announces the new iPhone along with final GM version of iPhone OS 4. This announcement is expected to be made at WWDC 2010 so it wont be long before we finally get our iPhones unlocked on this baseband.
