CARROT Weather has always been a favorite weather app for Apple users, and its latest update makes it even better. Version 6.2 introduces two major features: improved Live Activities and a brand-new CarPlay app.
With the updated Live Activities, you’ll automatically get weather updates when precipitation is nearby. About 15 minutes before rain or snow starts, you’ll receive a notification, and Live Activities will activate to keep you updated.
Once the weather clears, the activity stops automatically. This handy feature ensures you’re always prepared for sudden changes in the weather, but it requires a Premium Ultra subscription.
The new CarPlay app lets you check the weather directly from your car’s dashboard. It doubles as a GPS app where you can enter your destination and get directions.
Along the way, CARROT provides live radar updates, severe weather alerts, and her signature snarky commentary. Whether you’re commuting or on a road trip, this feature keeps you informed and entertained. Like Live Activities, the CarPlay app is available to Premium Ultra subscribers.
These updates make CARROT Weather more useful and fun for keeping track of the forecast, whether you’re driving or planning your day. Check out the update now in the App Store!
