There is yet another twist in the “lost” iPhone 4G tale. The highly controversial search warrant of Gizmodo’s editor Jason Chen and affidavit (PDF link) has revealed that Brian Hogan’s (the guy who found the lost iPhone in a bar) roommate Katherine Martinson tip has led Apple and cops to the arrest of the iPhone 4G finder. She did this to save herself from any wrongdoings as Hogan used her computer to restore the iPhone OS following the remote wipe by Apple.

The BTstack Mouse app for iPhone that we demonstrated on iPad last week has been updated to bring support for iPad. This new version brings stability, bug fixes and performance improvements for the new Apple device. The only disappointment about the update is that it still runs in the native iPhone resolution. Yea I know its getting boring now but.. after all those huge leaks by Gizmodo, and the Vietnamese site Taoviet, now a French site named BeGeek has got its hands on the 4th-gen Apple iPhone. Apparently, the prototype model seen in these images looks very similar to the one which folks from Vietnam got hold of.
Apple has posted a new iPad ad dubbed "What is iPad" which explains and introduces this new form factor device to the world. This is the second iPad ad posted by Apple. The first one made a surprised appearance back at the 2010 Oscars.
In what looks like a backlash than anything else, HTC has responded to Apple’s patent lawsuit by filing a complaint with ITC (International Trade Commission), asking for sales ban on iPhone, iPad and iPod in US due to alleged infringement of five patents. AT&T in US has started rolling out upgrade eligibility dates for existing customers for the Next iPhone which is scheduled to be announced on June 7 at WWDC 2010. Some early adopters have noticed their upgrade eligibility date to have switched from 11/21 to 6/21. As MobileCrunch reported.
