Multi-touch functionality has been continuously attracting consumers attention for the last two years or so. We are now not too far from the day when multi-touch-capable tablets and desktops will become a standard part of our daily lives. The PC market is preparing for this paradigm shift, as Microsoft ships the much-awaited Windows 7 to the masses on October 22nd. Among many of its attractive features, the ability to use two (or more) fingers as input mechanism (multi-touch) in my opinion stands out for re-coursing the shape of personal computing in the near future.

Apple today has announced that iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS is going to be released by Orange in UK, thus ending the anticipated speculation of O2 exclusivity in this regard. Its a great news for all those who were reluctant to switch over to O2 just to get the iPhone.
It looks like HTC HD2 will be arriving much sooner than we first thought it would. Engadget has been informed by a reliable source that UK carrier O2 will be launching HTC Leo on October 12 as HD2. O2 has it listed already on its intranet site with an October 12 launch date.

Most of the secrets about the eagerly awaited HTC Leo saddled with Windows Mobile 6.5 are out already except for its release date and expected price. With its large size 4.3-inches multitouch screen and amazing specs, it looks like it is going to bulldoze all others devices in its path and is surely going to be a big hit.
With over 4 billion people on earth extensively using cell phones, the demand for new devices has gone up manifold. There is also a major concern in the minds of the users about the radiations emitted by these devices. Apple has made remarkable improvement in bringing down the iPhone 3GS radiation emissions, making it far more safer for its consumers but it is still not good enough to be among the top 10 cell phone’s ranked by radiation.
Recently, Google’s new doodle with its theme of "unexplained phenomenon" caused a big buzz on the web world. Everyone came up with their own versions of stories on their sites, Facebook and Twitter pages explaining why Google has chosen a UFO to display upon their search engine website depicting a flying saucer sucking away the second "O" in Google with its tracking beam.
Google normally changes its logo on the Google.com homepage to mark important events. Today, it mysteriously changed its homepage logo to a UFO with a link to the search terms "unexplained phenomenon" leaving many wondering what event the doodle is intended to represent.
