Apple Is Selling Exercise Equipment On Apple Store Ahead Of Fitness+ Launch

Apple Fitness+ will be available as of December 14, and Apple is already getting its ducks in a row ahead of time.

Part of that seems to have involved trying to rake in some cash by selling a number of fitness and exercise products via its online Apple Store.

While Apple Fitness+ does include a ton of workouts that don’t require any kind of accessory or equipment, some inevitably will. Those can include anything from a simple yoga mat to a treadmill and Apple is offering a number of options across its online store.

Some of the options available now include a yoga mat that will sell for $120 and a cork yoga block that’s available for the relatively cheap $20.

It isn’t immediately obvious whether Apple intends to sell more products of the fitness variety, or if this is just a few products that Apple Fitness+ instructors might point class members towards.

The Apple Fitness+ product will cost $9.99 per month of $79.99 per year, although it is also part of the Apple One Premier bundle that sells for $29.99 per month. That bundle also comes with Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Apple News+, and 2TB of iCloud storage as well. That’s arguably the deal to go for, especially if you already make use of those other services.
