A Tesla Cybertruck Prototype Has Popped Up In Texas

A Tesla Cybertruck has made an appearance at a Gigafactory in Texas, although it isn’t clear whether it’s the same one that was used during the 2019 announcement of the truck.

From the outside there doesn’t appear to be any difference between the two vehicles and it isn’t known whether there are multiple versions of this thing floating around.

However, the Cybertruck itself has been keeping a relatively low profile, having only popped up in a couple of places. Once, Telsa CEO Elon Musk was seen driving it around Los Angeles while a visit to the Petersen Museum was another example.

Musk has previously suggested that there might be some changes to the truck we saw before Cybertruck is ready for the world. Quite what they will be, we don’t know, but overall design modifications and a change in size are thought to be in the cards.

Musk has previously said that we should expect to see a revised version of Cybertruck to be shown off next quarter, although again it isn’t clear what that will entail. The CEO has teased that there will be “no handles” although we’re still not sure how that will work in practice.
