Pixel 4a Renders Show Hole-Punch Display, 3.5mm Jack, More

If 2019 is any indication, we can expect Google to announce the Pixel 4a and Pixel 4a in 2020 and we might have now seen exactly what the Pixel 4a is going to look like thanks to 91mobiles.

According to the site, the new phone will have a display of around 5.8-inches with a hole-punch camera cutout present. There will also be a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner as well as a single camera. Those who still haven’t gotten over the loss of the 3.5mm headphone jack on other phones will surely be pleased to see its inclusion here as well.

Processor-wise we can expect either the Snapdragon 730 or Snapdragon 765. That’s likely to be backed up by 4GB of RAM with 64GB of storage. There’s also talk of 5G being included, but considering the price point this thing is likely to sell at, that’s just not likely.

Thankfully, there appear to be narrower bezels than were on view with the standard Pixel 4 phones, so that’s another example of something that the cheaper phone will laud over its most costly cousin.

It isn’t clear how accurate any of this will turn out to be, but the existence of the phones is a given at this point. We’ll just have to wait and see which corners Google cut to hit a price point.
