Concept Renders Show iPhone X, X Plus In Gold, Black And White With Gold Accents

With Apple already working on making an iPhone X successor that will be announced later this year, rumors of exactly what that will look like are already starting to circulate with increasing vigor.

While rumors of the screen sizes set to be offered as part of the 2018 iPhone refresh are perhaps the most interesting available right now, one point that has not been missed by designer Martin Hajek is the news that Apple is said to be getting ready to offer a gold colored iPhone X and X Plus this year.

We all know that gold iPhones are popular, especially in China, so the possibility of the gold iPhone returning to Apple’s highest-end offering is one that makes plenty of sense. To that end, Hajek has created a few new renders showing just what an iPhone X could look like if it was given the gold treatment.

One is a gold design that might be immediately obvious, but the other two are potentially the most interesting.

While an all-gold iPhone X would look great, the idea of a black or white iPhone X with gold accents is something that I find very interesting indeed, and that black/gold one in particular has me lusting after the iPhone X in a way I haven’t since September.

I doubt that Apple’s final offering will look quite like any of these renders, unfortunately, but if I had to pick one then the black and gold would absolutely be my favorite.

Which of these three renders is your favorite, or would you just rather opt for something a little more understated like the current colors on sale?
