New Apple Pencil And Magic Keyboards Expected With M3 iPad Pros In 2024

Apple is already expected to announce a series of new products in or around March 2024, with Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman now reporting that we should expect a new Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard to be announced alongside a refreshed iPad Pro.

That iPad Pro is expected to debut with an updated M3 chip as well as a new OLED display, offering better color reproduction and more.

But the new tablet is also expected to get some new accessories as well, Gurman says. An updated Apple Pencil is set to debut, while there is also a suggestion that a new Magic Keyboard accessory will be unveiled at the same time.

The company is also preparing revamped versions of the Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard accessories, which it will sell alongside the new iPad Pro. The new Pencil — codenamed B532 — will represent the third generation of the product. The company released a new low-end model in November.

The Magic Keyboard is particularly interesting given the claims that it will come with a new, sturdier frame made out of aluminum, making for a better typing experience especially when typing on an unstable surface, like your lap. This would also turn the iPad Pro into something closer to the laptop replacement that the tablet has been trying to be for years.

The new iPad Pro and accessories will reportedly arrive alongside a pair of new iPad Air tablets, while the Vision Pro headset is expected to go on sale in early 2024, too.
