First Apple Watch Apps Released On The App Store, Here’s The Full List
With time ticking away until the Apple Watch goes on sale come April 24th, everyone is wondering which of their favorite iPhone apps will get updates to take advantage of the new timepiece. While some developers have been shouting from the rooftops about what they are working on, others have kept their cards closer to their chests.
With less than month to go before the Watch goes on sale though, apps have started to appear in the App Store that have been updated specifically for the Apple Watch, with some of the world’s most popular apps receiving updates that could claim them places on our home screens come the big release date.
Coming thick and fast, the updates are presumably being approved ready for demonstration watches to go into stores for the April 10th pre-order date. Demonstration Apple Watches will need apps to sell the product, and with the likes of Dark Sky and Evernote already updated, there should be no shortage of apps to demo.
As there are so many app updates arriving at a constant rate, we are going to try and track them all here. We’re sure to miss some due to the sheer size and scale of the App Store, but we’ll certainly catch the biggies.
