The first new change in iTunes 12.5.4 is the added support for the TV app which went public yesterday as part of iOS 10.2 for iPhone/iPad and tvOS 10.1 for Apple TV. For those who don’t already know, Apple’s TV app is a central hub which connects video apps from different service and TV providers, as well as content purchased from iTunes, in one single interface.

In addition to TV app support, this new version of iTunes also adds support for Touch Bar on 2016 MacBook Pro. The new support for Touch Bar in MacBook Pro allows users to use scrubber control on Touch Bar to forward or rewind the music or video being played using iTunes.

Last but not the least is inclusion of the usual minor app and performance improvements.
