Download: iPadOS 17 Final OTA Update, IPSW Links Released

Apple has now released for download iPadOS 17 IPSW links and OTA profile update to the public after weeks of beta testing with developers and those who are on the public beta program.

The easiest way to install the iPadOS 17 update is of course to do it via the Settings app on the iPad itself, but some people like to go the manual route, download the IPSW files, and install the updates via iTunes on a PC or Finder on a Mac. If you’re one of those people, this post is for you.

The iPadOS 17 update is one that is well worth checking out, too. It comes with an updated Lock Screen that adds support for new customization options including support for multiple Lock Screens that are linked to Focus Modes.

Owners of compatible iPads can also look forward to Live Activities and live widgets, while the Health app is finally making the move to the iPad for the first time. Other improvements include Stage Manager updates and new PDF and Notes improvements that will make it easier to work with one of the most popular file formats on the planet.

With that said, now is the time to start those downloads.
