Apple hasn’t even gotten iOS 14.6 out to the public yet but that isn’t stopping it from moving on to the next big thing.

With iOS 15 likely to be announced during WWDC next month, Apple just released iOS 14.7 beta 1 to developers. That release came alongside the first betas for iPadOS 14.7, tvOS 14.7, watchOS 7.6, and macOS Big Sur 11.5 as well.

Developers can now download the new updates via the Apple Developer Center (developer.apple.com) and those with the required beta profiles installed can also download the updates over the air via the usual mechanisms. It’s too early to say what’s in these new releases, but with Apple already having outed its new Apple Music features it’s possible more is on the way. Those new music features will require iOS 14.6, an update that is currently in the Release Candidate stages and is expected to be made available to the public within weeks.

We’ll be installing the various betas today so we’ll be looking for any big new features or changes that come our way. If you’re also running these betas we’d love to know if you spy anything new, too. Hit us up in the comments or on social media.

Apple will hold its annual developer conference starting June 7 with iOS 15, iPadOS 15, watchOS 8, and macOS 12 set to be unveiled. They’ll also get their first betas during the event, too.
