You can now download iOS 14.3 beta 1 IPSW links and OTA profile file along with iPadOS 14.3 beta 1 for compatible and iPhone and iPad devices. Here are the details.

The release comes following the final version macOS Big Sur which Apple released to all compatible Mac devices worldwide.

At the time of writing, there is not much known as to what is new in v14.3 betas for both iOS and iPadOS. It’s likely that besides usual bug fixes, security patches and general improvement, it might include some new features as well.

For example, it’s very much likely that Apple might have added new ProRAW photo format support for the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max users – a feature Apple originally announced when they unveiled the new iPhones at their event last month. We will update once we know more on this so stay tuned for more.

If you are a registered developer of Apple Developer Program, head over to developer.apple.com to grab the IPSW file for your device. If you already have a developer profile for iOS betas installed though, you can simply head over to Settings > General > Software Update section on your iPhone or iPad and grab the OTA update directly from there.

Update: Alongside iOS 14.3 beta 1 and iPadOS 14.3 beta 1, Apple has also released tvOS 14.3 beta 1 for Apple TV, watchOS 7.2 beta 1 for Apple Watch, and Xcode 12.3.
