Console, PC Racing Game GRID Autosport Comes To iPhone, iPad

When it comes to gaming, owners of iPhones and iPads are not exactly short of choice but there is still cause to celebrate when a new title pushes the envelope.

That’s exactly what Feral Interactive has done with GRID Autosport, a new title available for download now. Costing a one-time purchase price of $9.99, the title takes the GRID console game and brings it to iOS.

Without doubt, he first thing you will notice about this game is just how gorgeous it looks. Feral Interactive touts console-quality racing, and that description is not too far from the mark. With 100 cars to choose from and additional tracks available for download as part of a free IAP model that appears to have been used to trim down the initial install size of the game, this is one racer that should not disappoint.

All of those luscious graphics come at a price, though. Weighing in at around 6GB when fully installed, including those free in-app purchases, GRID Autosport also needs a pretty powerful device if it is going to work. That means that you will need Phone SE, iPhone 7 or newer, an iPad (2017) or any iPad Pro, running iOS 11 or later. If you have a device up to the job, though, you are unlikely to be disappointed with what you get for your $10.

Ignite your high-speed career as a pro-racer in Codemasters’ AAA hit — engineered to deliver an irresistible mix of simulation and arcade handling.
