Try Mac OS System 7 And Windows 1.01 In Your Browser With This Emulator

Ben Reid·October 29, 2013
Windows 8.1 and OS X Mavericks may be the two foremost operating systems available at desktop level, but they weren't always as slick, intuitive and feature-rich as they appear in the present day. Over the past 30+ years, the respective OSes for PC and Mac have seen many changes, and although we certainly couldn't go through a day using the old software from the eighties, nostalgic heads will probably want to check out an interesting Web-based emulator that runs both Windows 1.01 And Mac OS System 7. It's certainly a bit of a throwback, and even if you're not perhaps old enough to remember either of these vintage release, it's definitely worth taking a peek.

Paul Morris·October 29, 2013
Apple has officially published their latest financial results that give a thorough insight into how the Cupertino based company has performed in the last fiscal quarter. Many technology analysts and industry insiders have been using the days running up to the Apple Earnings Conference Call to declare their predictions that the company would fall short of projections due to lackluster demand for the iPhone 5 because new devices were on the verge of being announced. With posted revenues of $37.5 billion it seems that Tim Cook and his executive team can take a lot of positives from the financial performance.

Paul Morris·October 20, 2013
For some of us, rising with the sun is second nature and is often filled with energy and enthusiasm. For others, the sound of the alarm in the morning is an alert that we dread as it signifies the time to rise from our slumber. Regardless of the category that you as an individual fall into, it seems there is a very high chance that your early morning routine will involve some kind of native mobile app usage.

New Twitter Setting Allows Any User To Send You A Direct Message

Paul Morris·October 15, 2013
Any Twitter user will be more than aware that the San Francisco based company isn’t shy when it comes to making changes. Historical amendments around their developer focused API caused more than its fair share of controversy when introduced earlier this year. The many millions of registered Twitter users have also been subjected to various changes over the company's lifespan with the introduction of sponsored tweets showing up in timelines. After a period of public inactivity, the changes are happening again, but this time involving a relatively minor tweak on how direct messages currently work.

Ben Reid·October 10, 2013
In what must go down as the best news for Iron Man fans since the release of the last movie, the U.S. military has just commissioned the Tactical Assault Light Operator Suit, which would essentially bring the idea of playing Iron Man to real life. Those wearing the suit would be able to enjoy the specialist powers we always associate with Iron Man, such as night vision and armored protection from guns, and besides all that, wouldn't it be awesome?

Apple Is Now The World’s Most Valuable Brand, Surpassing Coca-Cola

Oliver Haslam·September 30, 2013
Apple may have had a rough ride of it in the early 1990s, but ever since its co-founder and eventual CEO Steve Jobs returned to the company in 1997, some may say that Apple has been on something of an unstoppable upward motion that has culminated in the firm now being one of the most revered in business. Able to make huge profits and owning the manufacturing and retail chains that make it so streamlined, Apple is perhaps the blueprint by which companies now form their own strategies.
