We first caught wind of Philips Hue last year, and at the time, we were rather impressed by a technology allowing us to control different colored light bulbs right from our iOS devices. A new offering for Mac, which goes by the name of Hue Menu, offers a multitude of options in helping you find that perfect ambient glow.

Max Payne is one of Rockstar Games' most popular outlets alongside the Grand Theft Auto franchise, and as action-craving fans look toward the September release of the long-awaited GTA V, the developer-publisher has just announced that Max Payne 3 will become available to Mac users from June 20th.

Viber, the popular cross-platform VoIP service, has just been given a large-scale update. Both the Android and iOS versions of the app have been refreshed, and notably, Viber is also now available on both Windows and OS X. With 200 million users worldwide, Viber is right up there with Skype in terms of reach, and today's update is easily the most significant in its history.
