iPhone And iPad Prices Increase In Germany Following New Copyright Fees

Paul Morris·January 2, 2016
Consumers purchasing an iPhone or iPad in Germany are now being asked to pay slightly more for Apple's popular gadgetry as of January 1st. Not exactly the new year's gift that German Apple fans would have wanted, but it seems that the company has been forced to pass on the slight increment due to the issuance of new private copyright levies that have recently been agreed to in Germany. This increase means that those looking to purchase an iPhone or iPad in Germany will now pay between 5-8 euros more.

iOS 9.2 Jailbreak: 3K’s Confirmation Report Edited Without Reason

Paul Morris·December 31, 2015
The race to find a jailbreak for iOS 9.2 is well and truly on. Unsurprisingly, the Pangu Team was right in the middle of that activity after rumors started to circulate about its investigation into a possible iOS 9.2 jailbreak. It was then also confirmed that TaiG was seeking to provide an untethered jailbreak solution as suggested through a public post by 3K Assistant, who operate as TaiG's jailbreak partner. However, TaiG's involvement is now being looked at with some skepticism after the original post by 3K was quietly edited with the jailbreak confirmation bit being pulled from the post. No warning or reason was provided.

Basically, a decent-sized number of individuals are claiming that Apple's claim that iOS 9 is "compatible" with the iPhone 4s is fundamentally incorrect, and that the latest version of iOS "significantly interferes" with the performance of the handset.
