AT&T Galaxy S4 Price Details Confirmed For 16GB And 32GB Models

Ben Reid·April 4, 2013
As part of the continuation of its "legacy" in carrying Galaxy devices before any other, AT&T has just confirmed the prices of the 16GB and 32GB variants of the Samsung Galaxy S4. News that the 32GB version would set consumers back $249 upfront may have surfaced some time ago, but today, the company has stated that the 16GB storage option version will only cost $199. Since the Galaxy S4 arrives complete with its very own microSD card slot, consumers are less likely to agonize over the decision as a prospective iPhone or HTC One buyer might, but if you do wish to opt for the smaller of the two, you can save yourself $50 in the process.

How To Add Screenshots To iPhone, iPad And Android Device Frames

Ben Reid·April 4, 2013
The native ability of most mobile devices to take screenshots can be incredibly useful, particularly if, like us, you're in the business of reviewing apps and games. As you may have noticed from some of our jailbreak posts, adding a device-like frame can turn a boring old capture into a beautiful, lifelike impression of a device in action, and although Photoshop skills tend to be required for these kinds of edits to be made, you can now add such frames natively on both iOS and Android. We've found two of the best apps in Screenshot - Frame Maker for iOS and Device Frame Generator for Android, and if you'd like to visually enhance some of your screen captures, check out the lowdown on each after the break!

His talents and charisma have helped make him one of the most recognizable sportspeople on the planet, and with such a big personality, we shouldn't be too surprised to learn that the leg-spin bowler has endorsed his very own game for iOS and Android. More details, as well as those all-important download links, are coming up right after the break!

Angry Birds Friends Will Soon Fly From Facebook To The iPhone And iPad

Ben Reid·April 4, 2013
Angry Birds started out as a simple, physics-based title for the iPhone, but in just a few short years, has evolved into one of the biggest mobile franchises the world has ever seen. With the original, and the numerous subsequent titles now available on just about any platform with a user base higher than 10, it's basically impossible to avoid those volatile avian creatures, and if you're on Facebook, you might have caught wind of Angry Birds Friends. Recently released by Rovio Entertainment, the title plays on Facebook's rather well-established social credentials, and with 60 million installs already, users of the world's foremost social network seem to be taking the bait. Following its success on Facebook, Angry Birds Friends will soon be making its way to iOS, allowing iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users to join in the socially-charged bird-slinging madness.

Budget iPhone Conceptualized With An Awesome iMac G3-like Translucent Back [IMAGES]

Ben Reid·April 4, 2013
More so in 2013 than ever before, the rumor mill has been abuzz with the idea of Apple introducing a low-cost iPhone to capture a greater share of developing markets, such as India and China. As the notion continues to gain traction, designers and fanboys have been creating concept images and videos offering ideas of what form such a device may eventually take, but Matteo Gianni's iMac G3-inspired effort is by far our favorite so far. It plays on the idea of a translucent back cover revealing the handsets various innards, and would be available in a multitude of colors.

Today, the same source is back with more information pertaining the software itself, and not only does it look set to offer a great deal more than your typical launcher, it also offers a beautiful user interface.

‘Baidu Eye’ Google Glass Competitor Confirmed As Real

Ben Reid·April 3, 2013
Google's Project Glass is one of the most exciting innovations we've seen in recent years, and fellow search giant Baidu looked to have been joining in with the April 1st tomfoolery by announcing its own potential competitor to Glass. But in conversation with TheNextWeb, the company behind China's foremost search engine has confirmed that the device is very much real; but before we get carried away with the prospect of these two search-based companies locking horns, Baidu has implied that Eye is, at present, an experiment, and one that is "not necessarily" for public consumption. More details and info regarding the device can be found right after the jump.

Duke Nukem 2 20th Anniversary Edition For iPhone And iPad Now Available To Download

Ben Reid·April 3, 2013
There's nothing like the re-release of a classic retro title to prompt a rush of nostalgia, and for those old enough to remember, it has been almost two decades since Duke Nukem 2 first released on MS-DOS. Just before the turn of the millennium, it made its second appearance on Nintendo's GameBoy Color, and with December marking the iconic title's twentieth anniversary, another remake has just been released for iOS before being teased back in March. Mode details and download link after the break.

Instagraph Brings Full Featured Instagram App To Windows Phone [VIDEO]

Ben Reid·April 3, 2013
The Windows Phone Store is missing quite a lot of apps just now, and although we're not all hipsters with a compulsion to take a square photo before filtering and sharing, Instagram has been mentioned ad nauseam as the sort of app Microsoft needs on board if its fledgling ecosystem is to go the distance. As Windows Phone users still continue to wait and hope for an Instagram app, and unofficial offering by the name of Instagraph is best attempt we've seen at emulating the experience, allowing for photos to be uploaded to the network right from within the app. It looks promising, and although we had better hold off the celebrations while the approval process runs its course, Windows Phone users could be just a short while away from being able to edit and upload their images straight from their handset.

State Of iOS 6.1.3 Jailbreak On iPhone 5 And Other New Devices

Ben Reid·April 3, 2013
Following the news that Apple had plugged the Evasi0n untethered jailbreak for A5+ powered iPhone 5, iPad and other new devices with the release of iOS 6.1.3, it was a case of being back to square one for those purchasing these new devices. Anybody running iOS 6.1.2 or earlier can jailbreak across the board, but if iOS 6.1.3 taught us anything, it's that the cat is never too far behind the mouse, and will eventually get clawed. Usually, this is a demoralizing period of time, yet although there is of course no untethered jailbreak just yet for the very latest firmware, we have already seen plenty of very encouraging signs for future firmware releases.
