Apple Releases watchOS 7.0.1, macOS Catalina 10.15.7 And tvOS 14.0.1

Apple today dropped a ton of new software updates, all bringing important bug fixes following the last releases. The new updates for watchOS 7.0.1, macOS Catalina 10.15.7, and tvOS 14.0.1 are all available for download via their respective mechanisms now.

Starting with watchOS, we now have watchOS 7.0.1 available for download via the Watch app on iOS.

The update includes a particular important fix, doing away with a bug that caused some cards in Wallet to be disabled by accident. That could be a huge fix for those who encountered this problem – we’d suggest downloading this update ASAP.

Over on macOS 10.15.7, users can look forward to a fix for a particular irritating WiFi bug, among others.

‌macOS Catalina‌ 10.15.7 provides important security updates and bug fixes for your Mac.

– Resolves an issue where macOS would not automatically connect to Wi-Fi networks
– Fixes an issue that could prevent files syncing through ‌iCloud Drive‌
– Addresses a graphic issue that may occur on ‌iMac‌ (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) with Radeon Pro 5700 XT

Some features may not be available for all regions, or on all Apple devices. For detailed information about the security content of this update, please visit: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT201222

Over on tvOS, things are less interesting. The release of tvOS 14.0.1 brings general bug fixes, hopefully doing away with the problem that saw some people unable to pause video.

All of these updates are available for users to download now and we suggest doing exactly that, even if you weren’t dealing with any issue yourself. You never know what else has gone into these updates.
