MacBook Gets a Refresh. Now with 10-hours of Battery Life !

The leaked MacBook from Vietnam which we recently saw has now been made official by Apple. This unibody plastic MacBook now comes with a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics and a whooping 10-hours of battery life.

The best thing about the update is that the price remains at US $999 for this entry level MacBook. It features the latest NVIDIA GeForce chipset, the 320M with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with the main memory, compared to the old GeForce 9400M. This chip really does pack a punch. The new 2010 MacBook now has a faster processor too: the 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo comes as standard now. Though Core i3 would have been great. And apart from everything, this refresh has brought the battery life to 10 hours instead of the regular 7, making it the same as the newer MacBook Pros!
