If you’re after an extremely capable Android TV powered set-top box that differs from all of the standard set-top boxes out there, then the NVIDIA Shield is probably something you should be looking at. This little machine serves up 3x the performance of the Apple TV and competing devices. Chromecast is built-in, and you get access to a wealth of entertainment from sources like Netflix, HBO, YouTube, Sling TV and many more. There’s 16GB of internal storage which can be extended to 128GB.

NVIDIA Shield also supports 4K video playback and ships with a game controller which can be used to play games downloaded from the Play Store or NVIDIA’s own game streaming service.

An additional 128GB of portable storage should be enough to cater to most needs, but this little card goes a few steps further. Not only is it massively reduced in price, offering an excellent bang for the buck, but it also offers up to 60MB/s data transfer speeds and the ability to store around 45,000 thousand photos on your mobile, tablet or camera. That should give even the most hardcore selfie taker an abundance of storage space for a lifetime.

When looking for a pair of bluetooth compatible headphones, it’s fairly easy to fall into the Beats by Dre trap. Not only are these little gadgets now owned by Apple and come with a fairly heavy price-tag attached, but do they really offer the premium performance that the price-tag suggests? These RoverBeats come with Bluetooth 4.0 embedded and offer enhanced noise reduction for a premium music and phone call experience, with the battery lasting up to 10 hours of continuous music playback.

Even at full price, it seems like a great deal, but with 73% knocked off the price, it seems like an absolute steal.
