The Cydia store contains a wide range of offerings from developers from all works of life. Some of the software in Cydia is uploaded by teenagers, some by indie developers, some by security researchers and some of the more professional pickings in Cydia are submitted by development houses who do this as a profession. One of those development houses is CocoaNuts, who are a small team of developers dedicated to creating tweaks for iOS which put powerful functionality in the hands of users.

The BTstack Mouse app for iPhone that we demonstrated on iPad last week has been updated to bring support for iPad. This new version brings stability, bug fixes and performance improvements for the new Apple device. The only disappointment about the update is that it still runs in the native iPhone resolution. Due to its killer user interface and ease of use, many iPhone users have been able to at least semi-replace their notebooks or netbooks with their beloved iPhone’s. Apple in the recent past introduced an amazing and rather sensational product called Magic Mouse which introduced iPhone style multitouch gestures for Macs. Later on, some folks managed to hack the Boot Camp drivers of Magic Mouse to make it unofficially run on PCs running any version of Windows from XP to 7.
