PhotoMagic For iPhone Is Jam-Packed With Great Image Editing Features And Instagram-like Effects

If you’re the kind of individual who finds themselves spending far too much time searching for new ways to manipulate your images, you may want to check out PhotoMagic for iPhone. The brainchild of Softease Tech, it delivers on all fronts, and considers the less experienced wannabe photographer with a very user-friendly interface.

When you load up the app for the first time, you’ve two options: select an image you’ve already taken from your camera roll (permission required, obviously), or take a new photo. Once you’ve done that, you have the opportunity to sift through a seemingly endless quantity of filters / tint effects. Some are most certainly better than others, but due to the sheer number, there’s something in there for everybody.

Once you’ve found the effect(s) you like best, your next job is to apply a suitable frame. Again, it’s a bit of a mixed bag here, with quality ranging from decent to downright awful, but in all honesty, there are enough to cover the various tastes of budding photographers.

As with any good photo app, you can readily rotate or flip an image, and cropping can be done according to a variety of aspect ratios, which is a very nice touch. When you’re done making your alterations, you can save, e-mail, or export your image to a variety of other apps, including Bump. Also, if you want to save a little space on your device, you can downscale it, although this will, of course, affect the quality.

All in all, it’s a nifty little app, and considering it only costs a mere dollar, it’s a useful AiO tool to have in the inventory. The option to add text would have been the icing on the cake, but considering this app is only at version number 1.1.1, there’s still plenty of time for further features in future updates.

If you’ve been on the hunt for a decent all-in-one app for your photo editing needs, PhotoMagic is one to check out. Grab it via the link below.
