Apple has made iPhone OS 4 Beta 4 available for developers at the Apple Dev Center portal. This new Beta brings lots of cool new features over the last Beta 3 release. Here’s a list of all the features new in iPhone OS 4 Beta 4.
Similar to the black front panel for the 4th-gen iPhone which was leaked back in February of this year, Mac Rumors is now reporting on a new front panel for iPhone 4G / HD which is white in color. Traditionally, Apple has offered iPhones in black and white colors with full black front panels for both.
Apple has just released Beta 4 of iPhone OS 4 for developers, along with a new version of SDK for both iPhone and iPod touch. Only members enrolled in the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program can access these bits of iPhone OS 4 and SDK by signing into Apple Developer Connection.

This is especially useful for iPad which really fails as a note-taking/drawing Tablet. Due to the capacitive nature of the screen, the traditional styluses don't work with these devices. This Mi-Stylus “has a special impregnated tip that replicates the physics of the human finger”.
