ZeoBIT, the development company behind the MacKeeper software, has recently been involved in a class action lawsuit that saw it being accused of deceptively tricking customers into purchasing its software with claims that it enhances a Mac's "speed, performance, and security, by detecting and eliminating harmful errors and threats". The outcome of that class action lawsuit has ruled against ZeoBIT, determining that customers within the United States or any of its territories who purchased a copy of MacKeeper, are entitled to a complete refund.

Another day is upon us and we have yet another leaked set of 3D CAD files that purportedly show one of Apple's upcoming hardware products. A number of reports over the last few weeks have suggested that the fourth-generation iPad mini will fall in line visually with the current iPad flagship model, the iPad Air 2. This change would involve in reduction in thickness from 7.5mm to 6.1mm. The latest 3D CAD files to make an appearance on the web seem to support that speculation by showing a device that measures in at just 6.13mm in thickness and looks a lot like its bigger brother.
