Microsoft Announces New Keyboard And Mouse For Windows 10 [Video]

Microsoft is celebrating the successful launch of Windows 10 with an announcement regarding new and updated accessories for the latest version of its hugely popular operating system. The software giant is “excited” to announce a keyboard and mouse combination that have been designed to take advantage of the latest Windows 10 features and functionality. In short, if you’re a regular desktop user running Windows 10, then Microsoft believes that you need the Wireless Desktop 900 keyboard and Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 in your life.

The Wireless Desktop 900 keyboard doesn’t immediately look like anything special in all honesty. It features an extremely familiar and somewhat modern design that does look a lot cleaner and clinical  than other keyboards. The inclusion of quite-touch keys is a nice little feature that will appeal to those who furiously type an unfathomable amount of words per minute. The “wireless” part of the product name also ensures that users can plug and play with ease, and can be guaranteed a 30-foot range of connectivity. The keyboard also ships with dedicated shortcut keys to allow quick and efficient access to Cortana, OneNote, and virtual desktops.

The accompanying Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 is an update to the previously available 3500 model that proved to be quite popular with Windows users. The upgraded version of the mouse is designed to work harmoniously with Windows 10 and serves up a reliable connection using SMART Bluetooth 4.0 technology. The compact design also brings with it an integrated 4-way scroll wheel for navigation, as well as an aesthetic shell that’s been ergonomically designed for maximum comfort when in the hands of the user.

The Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 will start shipping via the Microsoft Store a week later on October 8th with a suggested price of $29.95.
