Apple has just released for download iOS 18.3 beta 3, visionOS 2.3 beta 3, iPadOS 18.3 beta 3 and macOS 15.3 beta 3 to developers.
The aforementioned releases come a few days after the company seeded beta 3 of tvOS 18.3 and watchOS 11.3 to developers registered on Apple Developer Program portal.
Given these latest round of updates came after 18.2 update which brought second-wave of Apple Intelligence features, many expected these updates to include third-wave of Apple Intelligence features but now it looks like those have been postponed till iOS 18.4, with these x.3 update containing nothing more than usual bug fixes and security updates for iPhone, Mac, iPad, Vision Pro, Apple TV and Apple Watch users.
To download these updates, head over to Settings > General > Software Update section of the device itself and grab the OTA update from there. Alternatively, in case of iOS 18.3 beta 3 and iPadOS 18.3 beta 3, you can download the IPSW file from developer.apple.com and updating your device using it via iTunes on Windows, or Finder on Mac.

Update x1: iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 beta 3 has temporarily removed AI notifications summaries for News and Entertainment category. Apple is said to be improving this feature and it will return in a future software update.
