Cydia 1.1.19 has just been released and with it brings a major change in the way it works. Starting from version 1.1.19, Cydia will now run as "mobile" instead of "root" which means that jailbreak tweaks that make use of Cydia Substrate to modify parts of iOS and apps can now do same to modify Cydia.
