Called Bean’s Quest, this is actually the first time that this iPhone and iPad title has had it’s price tag completely dropped, but as you might know by now, the price drop won’t last forever as the offer is set to expire by next Thursday, and honestly, you wouldn’t want to pass this one up.
A 2D-platformer, Bean’s Quest with its retro-styled theme and engaging gameplay makes sure that users come back to the title again and again, making it the perfect go-to app for when on a train or bus ride to the office or home.
“Emilio has been cursed and his girlfriend kidnapped! Transformed by dark magic into a jumping bean, you must bounce your way to victory through 50 levels spread over 5 worlds. Can you rescue your one true love and find your missing pet axolotls?”
5 different worlds, and 50 levels in total with a nostalgic theme is not easy to come by these days on iPhone and iPad devices, especially when you throw in intuitive touch-based controls; “touch left or touch right – it’s so simple!”
Push blocks, spin seesaws, roll boulders, crush enemies and dodge spike-balls! Classic platforming blended with physics puzzles and adorable creatures.
That said, the game is complemented by soundtracks made unique to each level, and composed by Flashygoodness.
