In past, we have seen iPhone being made to use in situations such as driving vehicles, controlling robots and so much more, but none a special than launching a missile. Yes, a small group of students have managed to control a missile through their iPhone that commands and controls a small rocket launcher in pre and post firing conditions. They designed an app for iPhone and created a system for the launcher by running customized version of Windows CE 6 on eBox 2300, on which the orientation, deviation and firing control of missile was possible using the iPhone.

A little while ago, Digitimes has published a story stating Foxconn's screen division Innolux, to supply Apple with a 10-inch screen for its upcoming Tablet. It has further added that the panels are being strength treated by G-Tech Optoelectronics, also a division of Foxconn. Concurrently, Macrumors is quoting Taiwan's Economic Daily paper, stating that Cheng Uei Precision Industry today has received an order for "connectors" for Apple's new tablet computer.
The rumors about the release of Apple’s long awaited Tablet has been on fire for the last few days and so are the speculations about its name. A day earlier, we informed you that Apple had secretly purchased the domain "iSlate.com" back in 2007. We informed you about Multifl0w app for iPhone that allowed switching between applications running in background in a beautiful Palm Pre style cards flow-like mode. The HTC roadmap that was leaked some time back revealed that HTC is set to release three Windows Mobile based handsets in the first half of 2010, the HTC Photon, HTC Trophy and HTC Tera. None of these mentioned devices can be graded as high end devices. The roadmap, thus brought somewhat disappointment to HTC fans.
