Apple Brand Loyalty Reaches An All-Time High

Apple brand loyalty has now reached an all-time high according to numbers shared by SellCell. Those numbers have 91.9% of iPhone owners planning to buy a new iPhone when they are due an upgrade. That’s a 1.4% increase on the previous numbers from 2019.

Those who were questioned and already own an iPhone said that they liked the iPhone best or never had an issue with it, with 65% of those questioned citing that as a reason for going iPhone again. 21% said that they were locked into Apple’s ecosystem and 8% wanted to simply stick with what they already know.

By contrast, Samsung saw its own brand loyalty fall over the year.
