Apple Releases iPadOS 27.2, watchOS 27.2, tvOS 27.2, macOS 27.2, visionOS 27.2 Final Version

Apple has today released a raft of software updates for its platforms. Those include the Apple Watch, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro.

All of the new updates are available now, and you can download them for free via their usual software update mechanisms.

All of these updates have undergone a weeks-long beta program, so all major bugs and issues should have been ironed out long before these public releases.

iPadOS 27.2

The iPadOS 27.2 update brings support for profiles in the TV app as well as a new Siri AI contextual pop-up that can be invoked by pressing CMD + Space on a keyboard. The iPadOS 27.2 update also includes the new Apple Music look, complete with a new icon. The update can be downloaded via the Settings app now.

watchOS 27.2

The watchOS 27.2 update doesn’t bring any big new features to the Apple Watch, so don’t expect to find any game-changing additions this time around.

Apple is still working on its Audio Intelligence features, and they’ll arrive in beta form as part of a future update. You can download the watchOS 27.2 update via the Watch app on your iPhone now.

tvOS 27.2

Apple’s tvOS 27.2 update is now available for download, bringing the option to shuffle screensavers, regardless of the category. A new Apple TV app has also been added, including support for sign language, while custom screensavers can be built using the Photos app. Support for Siri AI and HomePod surround sound is also coming soon for Apple TV 4K 2nd-gen and newer models, although neither feature is part of tvOS 27.2.

macOS 27.2

The macOS 27,2 update is also available for download, bringing support for additional Siri AI languages including French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. The new macOS 27.2 update can be installed via the System Settings app.

visionOS 27.2

Apple Vision Pro owners can download the visionOS 27.2 update via the Settings app, including the same expanded Siri AI language support found in Apple’s other updates.
