As is always the case this time of the week, we have another paid iOS app going free courtesy of Apple’s Free App of the Week initiative. This week’s offering is a game which usually retails for $3.99 on the App Store but can be grabbed absolutely free till next Thursday.

Called Lost in Harmony, it is basically a runner platform which will put you through an experience unlike any other title. Sure it’s a runner platform, and we’ve seen them aplenty, but Digxart Entertainment’s offering brings strikes that perfectly blends art and music to overwhelm your senses.

Being a music-based runner, Lost in Harmony packs a storyline as well with levels that are composed by 6 famous artists, and if that’s not all, there’s a level-editor as well which allows you to throw in your own music as well. Have you come across or played Valiant Hearts? Well, the same Content Director who was a part of that extremely popular title has played his part in Lost in Harmony as well.

As mentioned earlier, when creating your own levels – which can be shared with others – you will be able to use “any song! From pop music to electro, metal, rock, r&b and many more, enjoy infinite possibilities.” Even more amazing though is “how” you can play the music of your choice.

As the developer explains:

-Choose any track from your device, import it from iTunes or stream it from SoundCloud
-CREATE your own levels using the included level editor
-Share your levels and compete with your friends for the best score
-Join the worldwide Community and play an infinite choice of tracks from music lovers
-Select your landscape among beautiful artworks
-Play with your favorite character
-Easily record and publish videos of your gaming session with Everyplay

Lost in Harmony features some 30+ environments that have been painted to perfection, and with the music tracks in sync, you will not want to let go of the gameplay.

If you wish to dive into a game that will ease your stressed out mind, then you can grab Lost in Harmony for free for limited time from Apple’s App Store.
