White Xbox One Elite Controller, Xbox One X Fallout 76 Bundle Announced

Microsoft today took the wraps off of not one, but two new pieces Xbox One hardware and we think both are going to be very popular indeed. Kicking things off is a new white version of the impressive Xbox One Elite controller, making this the first time that such a colorway has been available.

As if that wasn’t enough, we also have a new white Xbox One X bundle as part of this Fall’s Fallout 76 launch.

Let’s start with the controller. While it looks gorgeous, it’s important to remember that this new offering isn’t mechanically any different to the black variant that has been available for a couple of years now. That being said, there’s something about this white version that has us wanting to ditch the old one in a heartbeat, although we can’t quite put our finger on what that is.

Regardless, pre-orders for the new controller are live now for $149.99 with launch date being October 16th. We can’t wait to see this thing in the flesh, complete with its Hair Trigger Locks and all of the customization we have come to expect from the Xbox One Elite Wireless controllers.

Moving on, we have the equally white Xbox One X Fallout 76 bundle. Costing $499.99 when it goes on sale on November 14th, the package also comes with a digital download code for Fallout 76 and of course, the whole thing looks stunning in white. That’s about it, though – it’s a white Xbox One X.

If you do go all white, you’re going to need a headset, too. How about the new Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 + SuperAmp Pro Performance Gaming Audio System? Yes, it’s a mouthful and is set to cost $249 when it goes on sale in North American on September 16th. The new bundle won’t make its way to Europe until October 8th. That’s a shame, but the wait may well be worth it.
