A few days ago, Bryant from AeroXperience had made a blog post on his thoughts for what Windows 7 Milestone 3 has. Looks like he opened Pandora’s Box as since then, there has been a lot more information out about the build and it’s features, specially the Ribbon UI spreading through out bundled applications such as Paint and Wordpad. He mentioned the end of Sidebar as we know it, a trend which was obvious from the M1 build screenshots.
Windows Live Video Messages (WLVM)is the latest service to be included in Microsoft’s web applications of Windows Live. It was opened to the general public on 9th, not too late after being announced. Microsoft Update Catalog. Made for corporate environments, this service lets you download updates that can distributed over corporate networks and so on. These updates include software updates, drivers and hotfixes ( no Ultimate Extras though! ). The setup files of any individual selected update is downloaded which can then be installed manually.
I came across a higher quality version of this very same at the Microsoft Windows website. Based on Silverlight, with the elegant curves, it makes me want to watch Bill Gates buy those shoes (and hear Seinfeld’s not-so-funny dialogues again) just one more time.
