Just got this email from Apple enlightening me about the new iPhone OS 3.1 Beta 2 firmware and SDK bits which are now available for download through the iPhone Dev Center. This version is for development and testing purposes only and should be installed on devices dedicated to iPhone OS 3.1 software development.
