Latest Grand Theft Auto 5 Screenshots Are More Than Stunning! [IMAGES]

Ben Reid·November 12, 2012
During the course of the next few months, its fair to say gaming fans have got it pretty good. Halo 4 has just released, and having sold in record numbers, Call of Duty: Black Ops II is ready to make its annual assault on the sales charts. On top of that, Rockstar Games have gotten GTA fans all hot and bothered about the prospect of Grand Theft Auto V, and after months of teaser screenshots, the developer finally began taking pre-orders last month for the release in early 2013. With gamers now under no illusions about when GTA V will be making its way to market, Rockstar has reverted back to its old tactic, so without further ado, here's your latest batch of screenshots.

Officially set to be released next year, we can't help but get excited every time we hear little snippets of information regarding Grand Theft Auto V. The highly anticipated release in the GTA franchise has been under development for quite some time, but apart from the few teasing screenshots, promotional images released by Rockstar Games, we haven't really had a great deal to get our teeth into. GTA IV left a few hardcore fans feeling a little let down with the experience, but it certainly looks like Rockstar are back on top of their game with the latest offering.

Last November we were treated to an official confirmation that Rockstar Games were indeed knuckling down and beginning the full-time development process of the fifth iteration of their insanely popular Grand Theft Auto games. Yesterday, the company raised the excitement levels a little further by releasing some official and rather splendid looking screenshots from the game giving us a little glimpse of the adrenaline fuelled capers that we can expect from the fictional city of Los Santos.

Grand Theft Auto has to go down as one of the most popular titles in gaming history. Often the center of controversy and slander thanks to its seemingly mindless levels of violence, it has, on many occasions, been blamed for invoking violent behavior from those who play it. That said, it's one of the longest-running series of all time, and as such, the anticipation for Grand Theft Auto V is extremely high.

Trailer Analysis: Here’s What To Expect From Grand Theft Auto V

Awais Imran·November 6, 2011
Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) was announced on October 25th about two weeks ago and we got our first look at it on November 2nd just four days ago. While the trailer was very short and it seemed that it did not reveal much about the game, but if you looked closely enough, you would’ve found a lot of references to previous games in the series and you would’ve found out what to expect from the title when it releases next year. Still, even if you didn’t look closely enough, that won’t be an issue since we will analyze the most minute details after the jump.
