Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 6 could feature a whopping 6GB RAM, If a new leaked benchmarks screenshot is anything to go by. The said screenshot also reveals that the sixth-generation Note’s display could be slightly larger at 5.77-inches over the previous 5.7-inch display that Samsung bundled into the Note 5.

Rumor has it that Samsung Galaxy Note 6 features iris scanner instead of fingerprint reader and is likely going to be IP68 water resistant, like the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.
