This Black Friday, Apple's iPad and iPhone dominated when it came to buyers' choice of which device to sit down with in order to place their orders, according to a new report.
I am a bit of a fiend when it comes to apps and games for my mobile devices, and over the years, I've learned to become rather shrewd in what I buy, and when I buy it. While a lot of apps and games are indefinitely free, many of the better offerings charge for the privilege, and what with it being Black Friday today, many coveted paid titles are available absolutely free of charge!
For the majority of the world, the Black Friday sales have yet to commence, but thanks to the varying time zones, some countries have already begun to see one-off discounts on a range of products. Naturally, we're focusing on the savings in the technology field, and although the sales have yet to begin in the USA and other nations, those in Australia and New Zealand are already capitalizing on Apple's Black Friday offers.
It's that time of year again, and I presume many of you are already preparing yourselves for the annual consumer frenzy that is Black Friday. Companies in most product fields will be lowering their prices this weekend, but it's the tech we're most interested in, and Microsoft has today joined Apple and others in revealing some of the deals it'll be offering as of tomorrow.
Taking into account time zones, the movements of Apple's online stores in New Zealand and Australia are usually a sure indicator that, given a few hours, those same movements will be made to those in other parts of the world. This week is, as most of you will be aware, Black Friday, and Apple's Australian site is getting consumers psyched up by introducing a special landing page outlining the November 23rd event. It doesn't offer any details on deals just yet, but considering the last couple of Black Fridays have presented Apple fans with more than a decent dose of treats, we're hoping for more of the same this time around.
The holiday shopping season is definitely fast approaching, and that can mean only one thing for keen-eyed technology fans out there who are partial to the odd bargain or two - price reductions galore. Like a number of other large retailers in the United States, Walmart will be starting their Black Friday price reductions at 8 PM on Thanksgiving Day; which is Thursday November 22nd for those who didn't already know when to look out for the bargains.

Black Friday is just two days away and we’ve started seeing advertisements for all the amazing deals that will be available on said day. Apple too announced that the company will be hosting a special one-day shopping event on Friday, November 25th (i.e. Black Friday) with discounts on the iPad, iPod and Mac series of products.
