If you have been using an iPad, you would know that currently there’s no proper Facebook app available for the iPad yet. The one which is available in the App Store is for the iPhone and the iPod touch. Yes you can run it on the iPad as well but only in native iPhone’s resolution, or in the pixilated x2 size mode. Seeing this, Sobees has come up with a useful Facebook client app for iPad which in all fairness does the job well.

iFixer Fix for Spirit and Blackra1n Jailbreak Users

iFixer is a new utility that will fix iTunes 9.1.x related errors when running Spirit Jailbreak for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, or blackra1n on Windows. The program basically has two buttons: “Make it Spirit!” and “Make it ra1n!”. Clicking on each of them will solve the respective iTunes 9.1.1 related issue.

Apple today has confirmed that they are going to fix the WiFi issue which has been problematic for some iPad users ever since its launch. Users have been complaining about the WiFi connection on iPad doing some crazy things like not letting them join hotspots, and providing weak signal strength and so on. Apple earlier acknowledged the issue and provided some workarounds but that didn't help many.

The great thing about it is that you can give it a go on almost any Android phone as long as it has Android 1.6 or higher. Android 1.5 and below is a no go for now.

Customers living in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and UK can now pre-order iPads from the Apple Store online. A group of hackers are working on bringing iPhone OS 4 over to the original iPhone EDGE (aka iPhone 2G) which was released back in 2007. Due to low memory and slower processing power, Apple decided to cut further upgrade support path for iPhone 2G in OS 4. The original iPhone EDGE users enjoyed all the firmware upgrades for free up to iPhone OS 3.1.3.
