It now seems like the new iPhone which Engadget got hold of from a bar in San Jose, California was indeed the real deal. Another gadget blog Gizmodo has now got their hands on the handset which they are said to have found from a bar in Redwood City. While we cant say for sure that this is the final design that Apple has zeroed upon, but the likelihood of this being the next-iPhone seems very high now as also confirmed by Apple critic John Gruber of Daring Fireball.
The technology enthusiast site TechnoBuffalo has been tipped by a tipster who has found strong evidences in the latest iPhone OS 4 Beta which hints towards possibility of video chat/calling options coming in the next-generation iPhone. This evidence was found via a process named “iChatAgent”, which is revealed by a $0.99 app named “Free Memory Lite” from the iTunes App Store.

Microsoft has announced that they have reached RTM (Release to Manufacturing) stage for Office 2010 and that it will be available for MSDN and TechNet subscribers on 22nd of April. Fuzzyband has been upgraded to support the latest baseband 05.13.03 in iPhone OS 4.0 Beta. The following instructions will only help downgrade iPhone 3G which is currently on iPhone OS 4 Beta with 05.13.03 baseband and older bootloader 05.08. This wont work with iPhone 3GS.
The iPhone Dev-Team is back! They have just released a test version of redsn0w 0.9.5 (Mac only for now) to jailbreak the latest iPhone OS 4 Beta. This release is targeted towards developers only to help them upgrade their existing app on Cydia for this upcoming latest firmware.
